
Join me for this three week course and learn the simple set of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma.
Course Overview
During the course, as well as learning the exercises we will go deeper into the process of grounding, self-regulation and integration of the Trauma Release Exercise process (TRE®) and observe how our nervous system responds and can begin to reset into a more balanced and calmer state, all of which will allow you to build the foundations of self-practice.
Whether you are new to TRE® or have attended group or individual sessions previously, working in a group over a three week period brings support, a building of community and a playful element to the sessions.
