TRE™ offers a natural and simple way to dismantle the build-up of stress in our body, mind, and emotions. This reduces the reactive states of freeze, flight, fight, dissociation, and overwhelm.
In this workshop we will:
• Review basic anatomy and physiology of stress and trauma
• Introduce the TRE™ method and discuss personal experience
• Perform together the simple TRE™ series of exercises, which evoke a natural tremoring response and practice self-regulation
• Conclude with a gentle relaxation to allow the body and mind to settle and integrate.
Catherine has been providing her clients with wellness services for over 20-yrs including nutrition, yoga, homeopathy, TRE™, Tai Chi and Qigong Flow as modalities to restore health and balance and overcome trauma. She is fascinated with the mind/body connection and constantly trying to learn and find new ways to apply ancient healing techniques such as Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine to modern life.
