TRE™ INTRO CLASS and Practice Session

Event Type

If you are new to this effective modality and are ready to add it to your self-care toolbox you must attend the Introductory Session: 12:45 – 1:15 pm and the Practice Session that immediately follows, 1:15 – 2:45 pm.  Cost is $65.00 and includes two other scheduled Practice Sessions of your choice;  Jan. 28, Feb. 25, and Mar. 25. These sessions are usually the 4th Sat. of the month unless otherwise noted. 

If you have already attended an Introduction with me or any other TRE™ Provider or Trainer, come for the 1:15 – 2:45 pm monthly Practice. $20 drop-in, $45/3. Please note that we are meeting the 2nd Saturday of this month, December, and will return to our usual 4th Saturday in January.  We look forward to your presence.  

Serena Lucchesi, E-RYT, is a Somatic Educator, yoga teacher, and TRE™ Provider, certified by Dr. David Bercelli. She has studied with renowned trauma researcher, Dr. Bessel van der Kolk and holds a certificate in TSY (Trauma Sensitive Yoga.) Serena’s teaching nurtures mindfulness, alignment, healing, wholeness and fun.
