SUMMARY:TRE™ INTRO and Practice Session
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nIf you are new to this effective modality and are ready
  to add it to your self-care toolbox you must attend the Introductory Sess
 ion: 12:45 - 1:15 pm and the Practice Session that immediately follows\,
  1:15 - 2:45 pm.  Cost is $65.00 and includes two other scheduled Practi
 ce Sessions within the next 4 months. These sessions are usually the 4th 
 Sat. of the month with the exception of November and December\, which is h
 eld on the 2nd Sat. of the month.\n\n\n\n\n\nIf you have already attended 
 an Introduction with me or any other TRE™ Provider or Trainer\, come fo
 r the 1:15 - 2:45 pm monthly Practice. $20 drop-in\, $45/3.  We look for
 ward to your presence.\n\n\n\nSerena Lucchesi\, E-RYT\, is a Somatic Educa
 tor\, yoga teacher\, and TRE™ Provider\, certified by Dr. David Bercel
 li. She has studied with renowned trauma researcher\, Dr. Bessel van der K
 olk and holds a certificate in TSY (Trauma Sensitive Yoga.) Serena's teac
 hing nurtures mindfulness\, alignment\, healing\, wholeness and fun.   \
