This small-group workshop is a gentle introduction to TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises). You’ll be guided through the exercises and explore your body’s natural tremor response at a comfortable pace, with an emphasis on choice, self-regulation and feeling in control.

You’ll learn how to start, slow, pause and stop the tremors, giving you the foundations to continue practising TRE™ safely at home.

During The Workshop You’ll…

*Learn what TRE is and how it works
*Be guided through the TRE exercises at a comfortable pace
*Explore your natural tremor response and learn how to regulate the intensity
*Learn how to practise TRE safely and confidently at home
*Is This Workshop For You?

This workshop may be a good fit if you’d like to:
*Release held muscular tension and stress
*Feel calmer and more settled in your body
*Explore a body-based approach to nervous system regulation
*Learn a simple practice you can continue at home

No previous TRE experience is needed and beginners are very welcome.
