 ou’ll be guided through the exercises and explore your body’s natural 
 tremor response at a comfortable pace\, with an emphasis on choice\, self-
 regulation and feeling in control.\n\nYou’ll learn how to start\, slow\,
  pause and stop the tremors\, giving you the foundations to continue pract
 ising TRE® safely at home.\n\nDuring The Workshop You'll...\n\n*Learn wha
 t TRE is and how it works\n*Be guided through the TRE exercises at a comfo
 rtable pace\n*Explore your natural tremor response and learn how to regula
