🧩 What does “Parts-Informed” mean?

Parts-Informed means that I facilitate the session while acknowledging that we may experience different parts, sensations, and emotions. You do not need any prior experience with IFS or parts work. This is not IFS therapy.

  • US Eastern (ET): 5:30 AM
  • Brazil (BRT): 6:30 AM
  • United Kingdom: 10:30 AM
  • India (IST): 3:00 PM
  • Australia (AEST): 7:30 PM

✨ What to expect:

  • ✅ No experience needed
  • 💛 Free to attend, optional voluntary contributions
  • 📷 Camera on is required so I can guide safely
  • 🚶‍♀️ Open to anyone able to do light physical activity, such as walking
  • 🤰 Not suitable during pregnancy
  • ⏸️ You can pause or stop at any time

💛 The session is free to attend. If you feel you benefited from the practice and are in a position to contribute, your voluntary contribution helps sustain this work and make it possible to offer TRE to more people.

🌿 About the facilitator

I am a certified TRE Provider. My approach is simple, body-oriented, and grounded in choice, pacing, and respect for each person’s process. I sometimes use parts-informed language, inspired by IFS, but I am not an IFS therapist.

🌿 Hope to see you there,

Noki 🙏🏽
