DESCRIPTION:A gentle practice to help release tension and reconnect with th
 e body.\n\nThis is a monthly online practice open to anyone interested in 
 exploring TRE. No prior experience is needed.\n\n🧩 What does "Parts-Inf
 ormed" mean?\n\nParts-Informed means that I facilitate the session while a
 cknowledging that we may experience different parts\, sensations\, and emo
 tions. You do not need any prior experience with IFS or parts work. This i
 s not IFS therapy.\n\n🗓️ When: Second Saturday of every month\n\n🕒

  About the facilitator\n\nI am a certified TRE Provider. My approach is si
 mple\, body-oriented\, and grounded in choice\, pacing\, and respect for e
 ach person's process. I sometimes use parts-informed language\, inspired b
