Sixty to eighty percent of visits to physicians are for ailments whose root cause is stress, but three out of four physicians feel unqualified to advise their patients about how to relieve it. Even if they knew how, doctors couldn’t relieve your stress for you. It’s an inside job, and the only one who can relieve your own stress is you. But how?

You learn TRE™. TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a simple set of stretches and exercises that activate your body’s natural stress-release system, helping you feel more relaxed in minutes. It can relieve everyday stressors, unwind long-held muscle tension, and release trauma. Best of all, your body does the work, providing relief without requiring you to retell or re-live past experiences.

TRE empowers you to heal yourself. After you’ve learned it, you can practice it independently wherever and whenever you want. For free!

This is a full-day workshop. It includes lunch and your choice of a book or DVD about TRE. Registration is limited to 10 participants.

How to prepare

• Dress in clothes that you can move freely in.
• Bring a yoga mat to lie on (blankets or large beach towels work, too).
• Bring a light blanket or throw with which to cover yourself if needed.
• Bring a bottle of water.
