This is an introductory TRE class taught by Terry Wood, Certified TRE™ Provider. After experiencing the therapeutic tremors, there will be time for questions and answers (no experience necessary).

Please wear loose/comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat (if you have one), or a blanket – we will be lying on the floor during part of the class.
TRE is contraindicated (not appropriate) if you’re pregnant.
