This program invites you to explore Tension and Trauma Release Exercises, a body-based approach designed to release deep-seated tension and trauma through natural shaking. TRE helps to promote relaxation, resilience, and emotional healing.
I offer ten spaces on an online course starting on Thursday July 23rd 3-4.30pm UK time on Zoom.
