This 3 day training will give participants a deep understanding of TRE™ for themselves and begin to prepare them to use TRE™ with others. This training is suitable for professionals and non-professionals. Psychotherapists, Bodyworkers, Yoga Therapists, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and other helpers of all types use TRE™ globally in 35 countries. You will leave the training knowing a series of exercises that you can use on your own to calm your nervous system and reduce tension.
