Posture, breath and the nervous system are one conversation

Over time, the body develops patterns of compensation that influence breathing, movement, tension, and overall ease.

This workshop offers an introduction to foundational Postural Restoration® principles — exploring the body’s natural asymmetries and the relationships among the pelvis, rib cage, diaphragm, and cranium — through simple breathing and repositioning practices designed to support more balanced, adaptable movement.

Reposition first. Then let the tremor do the settling.

Gentle postural oscillation and guided neurogenic tremoring are then included as supportive integration practices, allowing the body to release excess muscular tension, settle, and experience greater ease.

Already have a tremoring practice?

This workshop offers a different way into it. The positions your body habitually holds shape how your tremor moves, where it travels, and where it stalls.

By repositioning first — through breath and simple Postural Restoration® practices — and then tremoring, you get to feel how much of your tremoring process is influenced by postural patterning, and let the tremor do the settling and integrating from a more balanced starting place.

Reposition, oscillate,

then integrate

A step-by-step session, with the freedom to work at your own pace throughout.

1Introduction — foundational Postural Restoration® concepts: asymmetry, and how the pelvis, rib cage, diaphragm and cranium work together.
2Reposition — guided breathing, self-assessment and repositioning practices.
3Oscillate — gentle postural oscillation to bring movement and rhythm into these new positions.
4Integrate — once the body has experienced greater balance and adaptability, guided neurogenic tremoring to support settling and integration.

Please note — this is not an introductory TRE® workshop

Some previous experience with neurogenic tremoring is recommended.

Physical Therapist · Postural Restoration® Certified Therapist (PRC)

Wren is a physical therapist and Postural Restoration® Certified Therapist (PRC) with a deep interest in neurogenic tremoring, breathing mechanics, and the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Her personal experience with chronic back pain led her to explore the relationship between the nervous system, respiration, posture, and tension patterns.

Through Postural Restoration®, Wren has developed a particular appreciation for how breathing and positional relationships between the diaphragm, thorax, pelvis, and extremities influence movement and muscle tone. She is passionate about helping people develop greater awareness of their bodies and nervous systems, creating space for more ease, adaptability, and resilience.

Licensed Massage Therapist · TRE® Provider · Nervous System Educator

Jenna is a licensed massage therapist, TRE® provider, and nervous system educator with nearly three decades of experience in holistic health. Her work integrates neurogenic tremoring, CranioSacral Therapy, lymphatic techniques, breath, and gentle movement to support whole-body regulation.

Her early career as a paramedic, along with her extensive experience in bodywork, led her to develop a deep appreciation for the relationships among the nervous system, breathing, posture, fluid movement, and muscular tension. Jenna has practised neurogenic tremoring since 2007, and teaches in person and online, helping people explore the body’s natural capacity to release tension and return to greater balance.

Jenna values creating supportive spaces where people can develop a more responsive relationship with their bodies. Through awareness, movement, tremoring, and co-regulation, she helps people cultivate greater ease, adaptability, and resilience.

Shallow breath? Tension that won’t let go?

meet the patterns you carry

Most of us carry our postural habits without ever noticing them — until the breath feels shallow, a movement catches, or the tension simply will not let go. This session is a chance to meet those patterns directly, with two experienced guides, and then let the body integrate what it finds through its own tremoring process.
