SUMMARY:An introduction to Postural Restoration® with Neurogenic Tremorin
 g
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n5 November 2026\n\n\n\n\nAn introduction to\n
 \nPostural Restoration&reg\;\n\nwith Neurogenic Tremoring\n\nReposition &m
 iddot\; Oscillate &middot\; Integrate\n\nWith Dr. Wren McLaughlin &amp\; J
 enna Anderson\, A.S.\, LMT &middot\; Live on Zoom10:00am Denver (MST) &mid

t\; Free for members\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPosture\, breath and the nervous s
ystem are one conversation\n\nOver time\, the body develops patterns of co
mpensation that influence breathing\, movement\, tension\, and overall eas
e.\n\nThis workshop offers an introduction to foundational Postural Restor
ation&reg\; principles &mdash\; exploring the body&rsquo\;s natural asymme
tries and the relationships among the pelvis\, rib cage\, diaphragm\, and
cranium &mdash\; through simple breathing and repositioning practices desi
gned to support more balanced\, adaptable movement.\n\nReposition first. T
hen let the tremor do the settling.\n\nGentle postural oscillation and gui
ded neurogenic tremoring are then included as supportive integration pract
ices\, allowing the body to release excess muscular tension\, settle\, and
experience greater ease.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAlready have a tremoring practi
ce?\nThis workshop offers a different way into it. The positions your body
habitually holds shape how your tremor moves\, where it travels\, and whe
re it stalls.\nBy repositioning first &mdash\; through breath and simple P
ostural Restoration&reg\; practices &mdash\; and then tremoring\, you get
to feel how much of your tremoring process is influenced by postural patte
rning\, and let the tremor do the settling and integrating from a more bal
 anced starting place.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nReposition\, oscillate\,\n\nthen in
tegrate\n\nA step-by-step session\, with the freedom to work at your own p
ace throughout.\n\n\n\n1\nIntroduction &mdash\; foundational Postural Rest
oration&reg\; concepts: asymmetry\, and how the pelvis\, rib cage\, diaphr
agm and cranium work together.\n\n\n2\nReposition &mdash\; guided breathin
 g\, self-assessment and repositioning practices.\n\n\n3\nOscillate &mdash\
; gentle postural oscillation to bring movement and rhythm into these new
positions.\n\n\n4\nIntegrate &mdash\; once the body has experienced greate
r balance and adaptability\, guided neurogenic tremoring to support settli
ng and integration.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease note &mdash\; this is not
an introductory TRE&reg\; workshop\nSome previous experience with neurogen
 ic tremoring is recommended.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat you&rsquo\;ll learn\n\n
\n\n1\nHow the body&rsquo\;s natural asymmetries influence posture\, breat
 hing\, and movement\n\n\n2\nHow the pelvis\, rib cage\, diaphragm\, and cr
anium work together\n\n\n3\nFoundational Postural Restoration&reg\; breath
ing and repositioning practices\n\n\n4\nHow postural oscillation can suppo
 rt rhythm\, adaptability\, and more fluid movement\n\n\n5\nHow pressure\,
stability\, and coordination are supported throughout the body\n\n\n6\nHow
neurogenic tremoring is influenced by awareness of postural patterning\n\
 n\n7\nPractical tools for greater body awareness\, self-regulation\, and e
 ase in daily movement\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe details\n\n\n\nDate\nThursd

ical Therapist &middot\; Postural Restoration&reg\; Certified Therapist (P
RC)\n\nWren is a physical therapist and Postural Restoration&reg\; Certifi
ed Therapist (PRC) with a deep interest in neurogenic tremoring\, breathin
g mechanics\, and the body&rsquo\;s natural ability to restore balance. He
r personal experience with chronic back pain led her to explore the relati
onship between the nervous system\, respiration\, posture\, and tension pa
tterns.\n\nThrough Postural Restoration&reg\;\, Wren has developed a parti
cular appreciation for how breathing and positional relationships between
the diaphragm\, thorax\, pelvis\, and extremities influence movement and m
uscle tone. She is passionate about helping people develop greater awarene
ss of their bodies and nervous systems\, creating space for more ease\, ad
 aptability\, and resilience.\n\nbodymindrestoration.com &middot\; LinkedIn
 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJenna Anderson\, A.S.\, LMT\n\nLicensed Massage Therap
 ist &middot\; TRE&reg\; Provider &middot\; Nervous System Educator\n\nJenn
 a is a licensed massage therapist\, TRE&reg\; provider\, and nervous syste
m educator with nearly three decades of experience in holistic health. Her
work integrates neurogenic tremoring\, CranioSacral Therapy\, lymphatic t
echniques\, breath\, and gentle movement to support whole-body regulation.
\n\nHer early career as a paramedic\, along with her extensive experience
in bodywork\, led her to develop a deep appreciation for the relationships
among the nervous system\, breathing\, posture\, fluid movement\, and mus
cular tension. Jenna has practised neurogenic tremoring since 2007\, and t
eaches in person and online\, helping people explore the body&rsquo\;s nat
ural capacity to release tension and return to greater balance.\n\nJenna v
alues creating supportive spaces where people can develop a more responsiv
e relationship with their bodies. Through awareness\, movement\, tremoring
\, and co-regulation\, she helps people cultivate greater ease\, adaptabil
 ity\, and resilience.\n\nattunetouch.com &middot\; Instagram @essentially_
 pausing\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nShallow breath? Tension that won&rsquo\;t l
et go?\n\nmeet the patterns you carry\n\nMost of us carry our postural hab
its without ever noticing them &mdash\; until the breath feels shallow\, a
movement catches\, or the tension simply will not let go. This session is
a chance to meet those patterns directly\, with two experienced guides\,
and then let the body integrate what it finds through its own tremoring pr
 ocess.\n\nThursday 5 November 2026 &middot\; 90&ndash\;120 minutes &middot
