This workshop provides an basic overview of the physiology of stress and trauma and an understanding of how TRE™ and Somatic Experiencing® can help to balance your nervous system. Participants will learn the TRE™ protocol and how to safely regulate their experiences with the tremor reflex for optimal benefits.
