In this one-day dynamic and experiential workshop, you will learn everything you need to know about TRE and be able to continue this healing practice on your own. Raymond also offers the chance to participate in monthly peer-group sessions (for previous participants) and on-going support for those who wish to maintain contact. Raymond was Ireland’s first TRE practitioner, and because of his continued interest in all-things TRE, trauma and recovery, believes he can make a difference in our troubled times.
