This online weekend training will guide you through some theory and experiential practice of TRE™ providing you opportunities to learn and explore your own TRE™ practice. This workshop can stand alone as an introduction to this revolutionary, innovative health tool that is a natural, self empowering and self initiating exercise that almost everyone can use.
If you are interested in becoming a Certified TRE™ provider, this module is the first level of the training (Module 2A and 2B will be offered in 2023- those who are interested will need to attend a post zoom call to discuss this)
Pre-session: all participants must do a pre-session (1-1.5 hrs) with Wendy or Sara before the weekend. After registering Wendy or Sara will reach out to you to book this.
