DESCRIPTION:This online weekend training will guide you through some theory
  and experiential practice of TRE™ providing you opportunities to learn 
 and explore your own TRE™ practice. This workshop can stand alone as an 
 introduction to this revolutionary\, innovative health tool that is a natu
 ral\, self empowering and self initiating exercise that almost everyone ca
 n use.\n\nIf you are interested in becoming a Certified TRE™ provider\, 
 this module is the first level of the training (Module 2A and 2B will be o
 ffered in 2023- those who are interested will need to attend a post zoom c
 all to discuss this)\n\nPre-session: all participants must do a pre-sessio
