This online weekend training will guide you through some theory and experiential practice of TRE™ providing you opportunities to learn and explore your own TRE™ practice. This workshop can stand alone as an introduction to this revolutionary, innovative health tool that is a natural, self empowering and self initiating exercise that almost everyone can use.
If you are interested in becoming a Certified TRE™ provider, this module is the first level of the training (Module 2A and 2B, 2023 will be discussed in a post session zoom call)
Pre-session: this is a requirement of attending this session. You will meet with Wendy or Sara for 1 – 1.5 hours at an agreed upon time prior to the weekend workshop. This will be set up by Wendy or Sara once you register.
