TRE Introductory Workshop – open to the public

This is an introductory workshop for everyone interested in TRE for self-care. This event is open to the general public.

The Workshop is designed to teach you the TRE protocol and how to self-regulate your TRE experience when necessary.
 
It includes two slide presentations: “The biology of Stress, Trauma and TRE” and “TRE Self-Regulation”
2 guided TRE practice sessions
a detailed booklet that illustrates the full TRE sequence
individual assists with adapting the exercises to your body’s needs
questions/answers, and feedback.
 
Cost is $100

About the Facilitator:
Mary Whitesides, MM, LMBT is a licensed Bodywork Therapist (NC #7904). She has been trained and certified as TRE Provider and TRE Mentor by Dr. David Berceli, the creator of TRE.
