In this dynamic and experiential workshop, you will learn everything you need to know about TRE and will be able to continue on your own, as well as participate in repeat events such as the monthly peer-group Practice, offered as an inexpensive follow-up service. You will also (if you wish) benefit from a new follow-up format which has been specially devised to take into account the general world-view, that TRE requires a dedicated commitment of 6 to 8 weeks to achieve and experience best results, for those who can not attend regularly due to distance for example.
