Introductory Workshop: Fee $125
Saturday, November 19, 2016:
10:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:30
4.5 hours of instruction including:
-two educational components that will explore how and why the body responds to tensions and trauma, how the body is designed to handle and grow from trauma, types of trauma and tension, intergenerational trauma and recognizing trauma in self and others
-two guided TRE sessions
-debrief
