This is an Introduction to TRE™, with overview, background and an opportunity to experience the self-induced tremor mechanism. Taught by Moline Whitson, Certified TRE™ Provider. If you’re curious about TRE™, this is a good way to sample it. There will be time for questions and answers. No experience necessary.
