In this daylong workshop participants will experience two Neurogenic Yoga classes. The morning one will be more vigorous, yet gentle, while the afternoon one will be more restorative. They will learn about the history and origin of this practice, its roots in Dr. Berceli’s TRE™ method, how it helps to release stress, tension and trauma patterns. They will also get ideas and tools on how to sustain this practice in their everyday life, to maximise its positive and relaxing effects.

She is also an E-RYT and one of two lead instructors for Neurogenic Yoga.
