DESCRIPTION:In this daylong workshop participants will experience two Neuro
 genic Yoga classes. The morning one will be more vigorous\, yet gentle\, w
 hile the afternoon one will be more restorative. They will learn about the
  history and origin of this practice\, its roots in Dr. Berceli's TRE™ m
 ethod\, how it helps to release stress\, tension and trauma patterns. They
  will also get ideas and tools on how to sustain this practice in their ev
 eryday life\, to maximise its positive and relaxing effects.\nDate and Tim
