TWO-PART SERIES: Class is 2-consecutive Sundays May 22nd & May 29th
This TRE® series class is designed to help individuals move beyond the basic biology of stress and trauma, and into an deeper understanding of how contracted states impact you physically, psychologically and emotionally through unconscious, automatic signals passed between the body and the brain. To provide a deeper understanding of the TRE® process, participants are encouraged to do the exercises on their own, and return the following week with questions or to share their experiences in a supportive environment. Participants will receive detailed description of the TRE® sequence to practice on their own.
The exercises work for all body types and are easily adaptable for any fitness level or mobility challenge. Once you’ve learned TRE®, you can practice it independently at your convenience. Empower your body to heal itself, and open up to greater sense of joy and wholeness.
