Flowering Seed Studio and Living Ubuntu are hosting an ongoing, twice a month, unfacilitated group TRE session.
It will take place on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, 4p-5:30p at the same location.
This ‘drop-in’ group is intended for those who have previously learned the exercises and have the ability to adequately self-regulate while doing them without needing assistance from a facilitator. This session is designed to provide a group experience for anyone that already practices TRE individually and feels they would benefit from getting to do it with others.
– The studio has a hard floor — please bring a mat.
– Participation in somatic exercises, while safe and effective, could lead to physical or emotional upset. Each participant needs to stay within their own physical and emotional ability.

This group is free, yet a suggested donation of $5 – $10 to offset the venue fee would be greatly appreciated.
