DESCRIPTION:Flowering Seed Studio and Living Ubuntu are hosting an ongoing\
 , twice a month\, unfacilitated group TRE session.It will take place on th
 e 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month\, 4p-5:30p at the same location.  This
  'drop-in' group is intended for those who have previously learned the exe
 rcises and have the ability to adequately self-regulate while doing them w
 ithout needing assistance from a facilitator. This session is designed to 
 provide a group experience for anyone that already practices TRE individua
 lly and feels they would benefit from getting to do it with others.  - The
  studio has a hard floor -- please bring a mat. - Participation in somatic
  exercises\, while safe and effective\, could lead to physical or emotiona
 l upset. Each participant needs to stay within their own physical and emot
 ional ability.RSVP: info@livingubuntu.org  This group is free\, yet a sugg
 ested donation of $5 - $10 to offset the venue fee would be greatly apprec
 iated.  ***Please note: TRE will be not explained or taught in this group
