All veterans and active duty military are welcome to attend this free workshop designed to reduce tension in the body and down-regulate the nervous system. Many are using this experience to win the battle within.
Attendance is free but a $10 registration fee is required to reserve your spot.

She is also an E-RYT and one of two lead instructors for Neurogenic Yoga.
