Introduction to TRE™ is designed to help individuals learn the basic biology of stress and trauma and how it impacts your physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing. Participants will be lead through the simple, yet powerful exercises of TRE™ and learn how to naturally “shake off” tension and stress, calm the nervous system, and return the body to a more relaxed state.
