2-part Introduction to TRE™-Tension Release Exercises

2-Sundays JANUARY 22 and February 5 | 4:00-6:00 PM

Take your TRE practice deeper with this Specially Priced 2-Part Series $65

Tension Release Exercise, TRE™ is an innovative physical technique that allows the body to naturally shake away stress, unwind buried tension and calm the nervous system in an intentional and controlled manner.

The exercises of TRE™ are a series of simple movements designed to gently stretch and mildly fatigue contracted muscles in the body. TRE™’s reflexive muscle vibrations generally feel pleasant and soothing. After doing TRE™ many people report feelings of peace and well-being.

It is effective as a stand-alone practice and deepens other mindful practices such as yoga, tai-chi and meditation. TRE™ works for all body types and is easily adapted for all fitness levels and mobility challenges.

This 2-part workshop is great for those who want to start and develop a TRE™ practice with professional support and guidance. Includes 2-sessions of the TRE movement sequence, instruction and practice, and 1 private video session in the weeks between meetings (must be scheduled in advance). We will explore the physical, mental, emotional and relational effects of stress and trauma, along with mindful reflection and self regulation.

There will be generous time for questions and discussion.

*Includes detailed booklet with TRE Movement Sequence
Open to ages 17 and older

REGISTRATION REQUIRED: via EVENTBRITE or EMAIL @ trealive@gmail.com
