Event
This 6-hour experiential workshop includes an introduction to the origin and history of Dr. David Berceli’s technique TRE®, and an in-depth understanding of the self-induced therapeutic tremors. Participants experience the TRE process twice during the day, learn about breath awareness and therapeutic tremoring. These sessions are gentle and safe, calming and releasing.
The workshop is open to the public. It is particularly suited to people who have experienced traumatic events and who might still be affected by their trauma. These could be front-line emergency workers such as Gardai, Firemen, Ambulance crews and Army personnel, or indeed Bus and Train drivers who have been involved in traumatizing accidents in the course of their duties. It is also for people who have experienced abuse and neglect, or victims of assault and crime.
On the other hand, TRE is beneficial for absolutely everybody. The benfits are often immediate, and long-lasting.
There will be a 1-hour lunch break from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. Tea/coffee and biscuits will be provided.
