TRE™ INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP (OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC)
You will be introduced to the background and basic theoretical principles of TRE™. This will be followed by a short experience of the TRE™ process.

WEEKLY TRE™ OPEN GROUP CLASSES:
Once you have attended a TRE™ Introductory Workshop you may continue by attending the weekly open group classes held every Thursday evening in the Integral Health Studio from 06.00pm to 07.30pm. The cost is R1,000.00 for 6 consecutive classes – payable in advance. After this you may continue at a reduced rate of R50.00 per class. Booking essential.
