
TRE® offers a natural way to dismantle the build-up of stress in our body, mind, and emotions. This reduces the reactive states of freeze, flight, fight, dissociation, and overwhelm. When we recognize what state we are in, this informs how we relate to ourselves and others. Keeping our nervous system regulated and our mind present offers us a balanced state of being.
In this workshop we will:
· Review basic anatomy and physiology of stress and trauma
· Introduce the TRE® method and discuss personal experience
· Perform together the simple TRE® series of exercises, which evoke a natural tremoring response and practice self-regulation
· Conclude with a gentle relaxation to allow the body and mind to settle and integrate.

About the presenter: Catherine has been providing her clients with wellness services for over 20-yrs including nutrition, yoga, homeopathy, TRE®, Tai Chi and Qigong Flow as modalities to restore health and balance and overcome trauma. She is fascinated with the mind/body connection and constantly trying to learn and find new ways to apply ancient healing techniques to modern life.
