Ongoing fortnightly online TRE ® group: open to all who have tremored at least once before. (An individual session can be booked to join the group space).

I am an experienced TRE provider, based in Cape Town, South Africa. Ive been offering TRE for more than 10 years and have in particular run hundreds of groups at facilities and online.
This particular group has been running for 3 years- there are many regulars wh0 attend and also drop ins. It is a safe space to maintain and grow your TRE practice. I tend to bring in new suggestions all the time as I continue to learn from other mentors/ trainers.
We start with a grounding somatic meditation, followed by a brief greeting. I use various stretches to evoke the tremors. You can tremor for about 20 min and relax afterwards. We end with a body scan and group check out.
