Hello, I am an advanced TRE Provider & Trainer Trainee from the UK. I have been shaking for over 10 years and can’t imagine life without TRE for myself or for my clients. As a survivor, I specialise in helping others overcome the trauma of domestic and emotional abuse.
Do join me for this monthly, reduced fee, online TRE class for those with an established TRE practice. We meet regularly on the last Friday of the month. Cost is £10.
Now, more than ever it is important that we access our natural stress relief and come together with others for some simple, embodied connection.
Classes are warm, welcoming and friendly. We will focus on safely opening up the the tremors to new areas and sensing into new patterns and then titrating what is happening.
