In this 5 days ongoing class you’ll learn a simple but revolutionary technic to release deep chronic tension, stress or traumatic experiences. Your body will be braught back to its original state of calmness and well-being. This classes will help you to integrate a lifelong tool, which you can use in a natural way, on your own, when stress or tension occurs. It is a technic that can be practiced as well preventively to obviate building up stress or tension and keep your resilience.

In deze 5dagen-lessenreeks leer je een eenvoudige, maar revolutionaire techniek om diepe chronische spanningen, stress of traumatische ervaringen los te laten.  Jouw lichaam wordt terug gebracht naar zijn oorspronkelijke staat van welzijn en rust.  De lessenreeks ondersteunt de integratie van deze unieke werkwijze, zodat je ze vervolgens thuis, op een natuurlijke wijze en ter preventie van stress en spanningen,op jezelf kan toepassen.  Zo behoud je je veerkracht en voel je je lekker in je vel.
