Are you familiar with TRE and want to deepen your relationship to involuntary tremors? These Community Shake classes have been running for over two years and provide shakers with a supportive, guided space to explore new shapes, cues and unravel new layers of curiosity in their TRE practice.
This class focuses on positioning and self-touch interventions to invite tremors to move through your body.
We skip the introductory information so this class is not suitable for complete beginners (you must have at least been to an introductory class with any TRE Provider).
