
This is an Introduction to TRE® workshop paired with the 12 Meridian QiGong sequence. No experience in either required. The 12 Meridian QiGong is a beautiful combination with TRE. The practice helps connect us to our breath, calming/grounding movements that warm up the body, and a lovely connection to our resilience. This practice can be done by anyone regardless of age or abilities, the movements are gentle and easy to be adapted also to a chair.
