During the workshop we will:
-Introduce the TRE™ method & discuss personal tremoring experience
-Review anatomy, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE™
-Perform the TRE™ series of exercises, which evoke a natural tremoring response and practice self-regulation.
-Conclude with gentle relaxation exercises to allow the body and mind to settle and integrate.
***Please note, as a precautionary measure, pregnant women should not participate.
