This is an online introductory workshop for beginners who are new to TRE. In our session we will chat about what TRE is, how it was developed , and how it works, followed by participating in a group session regulated by Certified TRE Global Provider and Certified Neurogenic Yoga Instructor Shelly Loder. Afterwards there will be time to ask questions or make comments about your own individual process.
The session will take place at 10am Pacific/ 1pm Eastern/ 7pm Central European Time on Sept. 17th, 2022 Cost is 35 dollars/euros.
