Held at a stunning location, this 3-day workshop is an immersion into Neurogenic Yoga. Participants will experience Neurogenic Yoga through different yoga practices, from semi-vigorous to restorative and will learn how to integrate this method into their own personal yoga practice.

Maria Alfaro, Senior TRE™ and Neurogenic Yoga™ Certification Trainer. Since 2004 Maria taught TRE to thousands of people in the US, Europe, Canada, Asia and the Middle East, she assisted Dr.Berceli in numerous trainings in the US and in South Africa and she lead dozens of Certification Trainings worldwide. She is also an E-RYT and one of two co-creators of Neurogenic Yoga, a sister method of TRE.
