A steady rhythm for an ongoing practice

These are not introductory sessions. They are the weekly classes our community returns to — a place to keep practising with company, guidance and variety, rather than always tremoring alone.

Every class is held live online. You can drop into a single session for $18, or join as a monthly or yearly member for unlimited access to all three days, the specialised workshops, and the full recording library.

Neurogenic Dancing & Embodied Support

Thu Nguyen · Jenna Anderson — alternating weeks

Tuesdays alternate between two approaches. On one week, Thu Nguyen leads Neurogenic Dancing — freeform movement that lets the body find its own way into the tremor. On the next, Jenna Anderson leads Neurogenic Tremoring and Embodied Support Integration, a slower session focused on regulation and integration.

Somatics & Tremoring

Ellen McKenzie

Each week Ellen weaves an exploration from Hanna Somatics into the tremor process. Gentle but deceptively powerful sessions that build awareness, release long-held holding patterns, and strengthen your connection to the body’s own wisdom.

These classes assume you already have experience with Neurogenic Tremoring and can safely self‑regulate the process. If you are new to tremoring, start with the Foundations Course and join us once you have a practice of your own.
