This workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to try TRE for the first time, as well as for people who are already shaking.

– Some simple grounding techniques,
– How the body responds to stress and danger
– How tension and trauma effects the nervous system
– How the nervous system works
– How to regulate your nervous system
– How to do the exercises
– How to start and stop the shaking
– What Self regulation is
– How to self regulate to stop.
You will learn the basics of TRE and how stress, tension and trauma are processed in the body.
You will leave with a toolkit that can be used to manage stress for the rest of your life .
