  to regulate  your nervous system\, to help you to ground yourself  and to
  help you to release stuck tension and trauma from your body.\n\nTRE  also
  helps with managing grief and helps you to sleep better.\nIt's a simple m
 ethod to help you to remain calm and resilient no matter what life throws 
 at you. \n\nTRE also helps you to manage stress and can be helpful for neu
 rodiversity. \n\nThis workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to tr
 y TRE for the first time\, as well as for people who are already shaking. 
 \n\nIt will be a small group to promote safety. Max 8 spaces \n\nTRE is ve
 ry simple to learn and in a  workshop we will learn:\n- Some simple ground
 ing techniques\, \n- How the body responds to stress and danger\n- How ten
 sion and trauma effects the nervous system\n- How the nervous system works
  \n- How to regulate your nervous system\n- How to do the exercises\n- How
  to start and stop the shaking\n- What Self regulation is \n- How to self 
 regulate to stop. \n\nYou will learn the basics of TRE and how stress\, te
 nsion and trauma are processed in the body.\n\nYou will leave with a toolk
 it that can be used to manage stress for the rest of your life .\n\nThis i
