GROUP SESSIONS · TRE™ WITH CAMILLE

Release, restore, and reconnect — together.

There is something quietly powerful about tremoring alongside others. In a TRE™ group session, you’ll learn Dr. David Berceli’s natural stress-release method in a warm, welcoming circle, guided every step of the way, and held by the collective energy of the group.

“Healing doesn’t always have to happen alone. Sometimes, being witnessed — even gently, even silently — is exactly what the nervous system needs.”

Groups are intentionally kept small so that everyone receives genuine attention and care throughout the session. You’ll be guided as a group, and Camille will check in with each participant along the way.

HOW A GROUP SESSION FLOWS

1/ A gentle welcome. We open together — a brief settling, a breath, and a few words from Camille to orient the group and invite everyone into their body.

2/The TRE™ exercises. Camille guides the group through the full sequence of preparatory movements that naturally activate the tremoring reflex — step by step, at a pace that works for everyone.

3/Tremoring together. You’ll rest on your mat and allow your body to do what it knows — release. Camille observes and supports each participant throughout.

4/Integration and close. We finish with a grounding period and a gentle closing together. You’re welcome to stay after for any questions.

WHAT TO PREPARE

Wear loose, comfortable clothing — leggings or soft trousers work wonderfully. Skirts are best avoided.
Set up your yoga mat with a blanket and a pillow close by.
Clear a small space near a wall — we use it for a couple of the exercises.
Have some drinking water nearby for the session.
Feel free to have a favourite essential oil or scent close by — it can help with grounding.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Will I need to have my camera on?
Yes, and it truly matters — for your safety and everyone else’s. With cameras on, Camille can observe the whole group and respond to anyone who needs extra support or guidance during the exercises. Please position your camera so your full body is visible when lying down. All sessions are completely confidential — what happens in the group stays within the group.

Do I need to share or speak about trauma during the session?
Not at all. There is no sharing circle, this is a somatic practice, no pressure to speak. You simply arrive, follow the guidance, and let your body lead. The group container holds you silently — that alone can be deeply supportive.

Do I need any experience with TRE™ or yoga?
None whatsoever. Every session is guided from scratch and suitable for complete beginners. If you’ve done TRE™ before, you’ll find the group setting opens something new.

What do I need to do before joining?
Please complete the short health intake form at least 24 hours before the session. This helps Camille understand the group’s needs and ensure everyone is supported safely. You’ll receive the form when you book your spot.

Spots in each group are limited to keep the experience intimate and personal. One on one session are also available
Book your place directly from the calendar, or write to Camille with any questions
she’d love to hear from you.
