Introductory Session:
Saturday, February 13th: 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
In this introductory session you will learn how stress, tension and trauma are natural responses for the body when it is overwhelmed or challenged, and you will learn how TRE is a natural way to release any stress tension or trauma the body is still holding onto. You will participate in one 60 minute TRE session under the guidance of a certified practitioner.
