Please join me for a TRE session at Windom Park, followed by cake to celebrate my birthday!
There’s plenty of parking and we will likely be in the trees on the northwest edge of the park. There will be a one hour TRE session followed by cake and socializing. Please bring a towel, blanket or mat and let me know if you want me to bring a cot if you have mobility challenges (it will keep you off the ground a bit).
