I feel called to offer an online Summer Shake this August to reconnect with you all and create a space for you to reconnect with your bodies and group shaking – particularly if it’s been a while.
As usual, this is for people who have learned TRE with me or another TRE Provider – not a class for complete beginners.
Please have your shaking space set up so that I can see you clearly on the mat – and that you can see and hear me clearly. Then we can drop into our shared space with confidence and safety.
We will ease into embodiment and your tremors with plenty of time for integration and shared reflection at the end.
