GUIDED TRE™ PRACTICE
TRE™ is intended to be a self-help tool, that once learnt, you can use continuously throughout your life to release stress and to help support your wellbeing. It reminds us how to be wholeheartedly human again.
MIND-BODY COACHING
Embedded in each session will be guidance in movements and exercises to help centre and ground you. We will discuss how to integrate the content of this course and all your other favourite activities for wellbeing to create a more balanced life.

ABOUT ME / BACKGROUND OF THESE CLASSES:
I have a university degree in Psychology and have trained extensively in various somatic (mind/body) and trauma healing modalities after I personally experienced health challenges and burnout that doctors and talk therapy could not help.
I discovered that so much valuable wisdom about mental health and wellbeing is not taught in psychology or medicine. Thankfully a movement is slowly growing in these professions to embrace a holistic and integrative approach towards health and wellbeing. I’ve been lucky to train and learn from leading experts in these fields including: Dr Gabor Mate, Dr Peter Levine, Dr Bessel Van Der Kolk, Dr Scott Lyons, Dr Ariella Schwartz to name just a few.
I am passionate about empowering people with the essential knowledge about how our bodies work. I’ve created this 5 week, practical, in-person course to show you how the mind-body connection impacts your wellbeing in surprising ways. You will start to understand yourself in a whole new and exciting way.
I’ve facilitated workshops for people from all walks of life, including in corporate settings such as Hato Hone St John, Christchurch City Libraries and more.
